A comprehensive solution for YouR celebration

Doctoral dinner or private gathering?

The banquet hall, garden, and upper floor. For instance, we can host a celebration with a delightful view of the apple trees in central Uppsala. Similarly, we can arrange successful and memorable doctoral dinners, association galas, and institutional parties with the right level of menu, service, and pricing. The per-person rate includes a welcome drink, beer, coffee, venue rental, and serving staff. The price of wine varies depending on the choice, see drinks above. A mobile bar with a general selection is easy to arrange after dinner. A simpler sound system can be rented for the banquet hall. The normal opening hours are until 01:00, and if extended to 02:00, additional costs apply.

A venue for events within the academic sphere

Rentals at the nations are aimed at private groups. For doctoral dinners and similar events, one does not need to be a member of Kalmar Nation to rent our premises. In all cases, the renter should be affiliated with groups related to the university (such as institutions, subject associations, or nations).

Examples of common purposes for our rentals include institutional parties, doctoral celebration parties, and other graduation festivities, reunions, and events organized by student associations.
