Pub & restaurantOur pub is called Kronan, named after the royal ship that sank outside of Öland in 1676 (the same year as the nation celebrated becoming a teenager). Our clubworkers serve beers, soda and tasty food six days a week. Sometimes our chefs invite you to themed food evenings, and Kronan turns into a cozy restaurant. Each Sunday Kalmar invites you to fika between 12-16.

Club
Several times during the term, we welcome you to let loose with us, to the latest techno music, the rockiest indie dances and the most wonderful alternative music.
Wine Garden
Vine Garden in Kalmar. Need we say more? Come by in the early morning to enjoy some hand-selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic wines in our sunny garden. You will be able to buy a snack plate amd food too.
Pub Quiz
From time to time, Kalmar Nation organizes pub quizzes. Get your friends together and quiz with us. With the most unique cutting-edge skills, maybe you’ll be the one to take home first prize?
Fika
We have fika almost every Sunday! How cool! Come and study while enjoying a cup of coffee or something from our lunch menu.
Spela & Kalmar Live
The evenings at Pub Kronan are not just about good food and drinks. Sometimes we change the table and present DJs and live bands. Some evenings you have the chance to stand on stage yourself, under the slogan “Play”, our open mic evenings.

The nation has a fantastic “klubbverk”, who make it possible to stay open six days a week. The restaurant activities are led by the nations 3Q. If you’re interested in knowing more about what you can do, you’re welcome to contact 3Q or visit the nation during office opening hours.
