Once a month we have top class stand up comedy at Kalmar nation! Usually it’s in Swedish, but once every semester there’s also an international night of comedy! All acts in English! So invite your friends, come and laugh with us!
Seating tickets are released at Pub Kronan two weeks in advance, November 27th, starting at 18. The price is 80 SEK (cash), up to 6 tickets / person. Are you a Kalmar nation member you get 20 SEK back at the door of the nation at the show night. Standing tickets can be purchased at the door the show evening starting at. 18.00 and the price is the same as for the seats.
James McKie (UK)
After the Beatles, Liverpool FC and a massive fabric industry, James is one of the best things that has come out of Liverpool. The loudmouthed brit that never stops talking eventually started making a living out of telling his stories about hats, mosquitoes and everything inbetween. This is what it looked like when he visited us last time!
Yoshi Obayashi (JAP/USA)
Born in Japan, now residing in LA, touring the world as a comedian. As seen on HBO, Showtime and other tv productions! Frequents a lot of podcast, like Joe Rogan experience and also has his own podcast ”Yoshi Didn’t”.
Al Pitcher (NZ)
This New Zeeland national has been praised on the international comedy scene for many years and is finally coming to Kalmar Nation! Al’s surreal observations and energetic comedy is hard not to love, must be seen live! Voted Swedens best comedian and just finished his second tour around the country. Loves chicken wings.
